Gynecological Health Camp

The Gynecological Health Camp was held on June 6, 2024, at the Central Jail, Jagannathdewal. The camp was organized by the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Metro with support from the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Heritage and the Rotaract Club of Metro City. Medical professionals were provided by Ek Ek Paila, and Samyak Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. partnered as the lab service provider.

Objectives

The primary objectives of the health camp were:

• To provide gynecological health check-ups and consultations to the female inmates of Central Jail, Jagannathdewal.
• To conduct necessary laboratory tests and provide appropriate medical advice and treatments.
• To raise awareness about gynecological health issues and educate the inmates on maintaining good health practices.
