Rotaract Club of Metro City is a club for males and females aged between 18 to 30 years old. Rotaract Club of Metro City is a Rotary club of Kathmandu Metro sponsored service club. The Chartered date of Rotaract Club of Metro city is 17th May 2012. The Chartered President of Rotarct Club of Metro City is Rtr. Sanjeep Maharjan.
Each Rotaract Club is sponsored by one or more Rotary Clubs but is responsible for developing their own projects and activities. It is a worldwide organization with interaction between local, interstate and overseas clubs, creating an opportunity for meeting new friends everywhere.
Each Rotaract Club is chartered with the aim to develop responsible citizens who will perform to high standards in their working life and their community involvements. Members are prepared to help others in the local and wider community at the same time gaining skills and understanding through their efforts.
Rotaract Club of Metro City envisions itself as an established club in the community focusing on the members of the club to make them active.
Rotaract Club of Metro City's mission is to focus on professional development of the members and also to serve the community.
Our goals is to establish good relations with rotaract and rotary clubs and promote peace and serve in the society.
Rotaract club of Kathmandu Metro was charted on 1st November 2004. It is a university-based Rotaract Club and is sponsored by Rotary Club of Kathmandu Metro under Rotary International District 3292. Meeting venue of Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Metro is situated at National College- Center for Development Studies, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu Nepal. Members of this club are students of National College as only students from this college can be the member of this club. Currently Rotaract club of Kathmandu Metro meets every Tuesday at 8:15 A.M. at National College.
